The ITS Client Services team has dedicated staff available in Help Centers on all three campuses to assist faculty, staff, and students with various IT services.

  • Campus network connections
  • Password and two-factor authentication (Duo) issues
  • University email accounts (Microsoft 365)
  • University-wide applications (Canvas, Zoom, etc.)
  • Basic computer troubleshooting

Students, faculty, and staff are eligible for support from the ITS Help Center.
